Love like God? How can we do that? Well, first we have to get to know God more deeply to know just how deeply He loves each one of us! The more we recognize the grace and mercy He has shown us, we can in turn give it away to others.
God does not allow anything to separate us from Him once we commit to Him. His love does not waiver. He may correct us . . . because He loves us. However, He will never leave us nor forsake us. He will not leave us orphaned. Because of Hs sacrifice, we are eternally His!
Let's commit to get to know God better and His love for us. Then . . . maybe then, we can begin to love others the way God loves us!
A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” (John 13:34-35)
