Locked in.....until He says "GO"!

Having received such a charge, he put them into the inner prison and fastened their feet in the stocks. But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed. And the keeper of the prison, awaking from sleep and seeing the prison doors open, supposing the prisoners had fled, drew his sword and was about to kill himself.  But Paul called with a loud voice, saying, “Do yourself no harm, for we are all here.”   And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.” (Acts 16:24-31)

Locked in.....until He says "GO"!

Paul and Silas were locked in! They were however, in His will! Just because we are in God's will and doing His work does not mean we will not have troubles! Keep working! Don't look for escape on your own means.

We are locked in! However, we are about to be let out! Don't rush out like so many others. Like Paul, we too might yet have some work to do within our homes.....on social media, on the internet, within neighborhoods and families!

Paul and the prisoners had their chains removed but they remained in jail.....there was work to be done there! What can we learn from that? Don't rush out when the "stay at home order" is released! Be sure all the work at home is completed. Look around.....
