Jesus is very plain:Don't believe fake news!

Whatever I tell you in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops. And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.  Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.“Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven.(Matthew 28:27-33)

Not much to interpret or figure out here! Jesus is very plain: Put things in the proper perspective! Fear the things that can really harm you. Know the enemy. Know those on your side. Don't believe fake news!

In a day and age when anyone can say anything and believe anything, there is still only One Who is Truth! Don't believe fake news! He says His children are valuable to Him. He says He will protect us (Psalm 91:1-2). So then, why do we follow the dictates of this world? Why do we live as if we do not know Him?

Again, Jesus is very plain: deny Him (by our actions and words) and He will deny us! (Matthew 28:33) Our actions reveal who and whose we are! It cannot get any plainer, any simpler, and more basic than that!
