We simply cannot keep doing things our way andexpect God  to honor us. We cannot excuse our deep connection to this world and the say, "God bless us!" We are still called to be the ecclessia, the called out ones of God, the different and peculiar ones. If we live, speak, dress, and even worship like the world, what are we offering the unsaved?

It's time to stop trying to be like the sinful world in attempting to reach the unsaved world. We must offer a drastic alternative. We stay tied to money. We stay tied to homes and cars. We don't value family and relationships. Much like the rich young ruler, we cannot turn away from worldly priorities.
