For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do EXEEDINGLY ABUNDANTLY ABOVE ALL that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen. (Ephesians 3:14-21)Get ready!
"In the Beginning", the daily REMINDER from The Carroll Outreach Mission (formerly The Sparrows' Nest or TSN), is intended to jump start your day with the Lord. The Bible opens up with , "In the beginning, God..." It is our prayer that you will use this tool to begin or "restart" your day with the Lord! Only what we do for Him will last in the end!

Expect the Unexpected . . . From God
Unexpected God "stuff". . . It happens when we expect the unexpected from God! Unexpected conversations, unexpected meetings, unexpected experiences . . . at the grocery store . . . with a person unlike you or me . . . an emergency room conversation . . . even a casual social media interaction . . . If we keep our focus upon God He will bring many unexpected things into focus . . . things we would have never seen otherwise.
Watch out for God! He is working all around us if we will only EXPECT the UNEXPECTED!
