Nothing should come as totally unexpected with a seasoned believer. After all, in this world, we should expect the unexpected. Just look at today's weather: Just a day ago we expected at least ten inches of snow. Yesterday they said perhaps five inches or so. This morning we woke up to an inch or two of snow and sleet and freezing drizzle. Go figure! It is the same with the people and activities of this world. THe bible is full of rich prophecies and excellent guidance as to today and tomorrow! The more we study, the more prepared we are to handle not only the unexpected, but especially the disastrous. Be sure to represent God well in every circumstance . . . in good times and bad . . . in the everyday and in the not so everyday. God is still in control and His Word is True and will come true! Trust Him!!!!
