Stuck Like Glue!

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Feeling unloved? Don't we all feel this way at times? Mentally or physically fogotten?  . . . abandoned? . . . misrepresented? . . . misunderstood? . . . mistaken? . . . left out in the cold?

In the midst of our most adverse circumstances, people tend to feel that love has been with­drawn and they have been forsaken. This feeling of abandonment is often worse than the adversity itself. Be assured, Jesus felt this many times, culminating upon the cross!

Yet in these times, if we listen closely, we hear His voice whispering in our ear: "Be assured that I never abandon any of My children, not even temporarily."

When everyone else has disappeared, Jesus is with us. Seek Him. Embrace the time. What a specal time of intimate fellowship!
