“In the time of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will it be left to another people. It will crush all those kingdoms and bring them to an end, but it will itself endure forever. This is the meaning of the vision of the rock cut out of a mountain, but not by human hands—a rock that broke the iron, the bronze, the clay, the silver and the gold to pieces. “The great God has shown the king what will take place in the future. The dream is true and its interpretation is trustworthy.” (Daniel 2:44-45)
God's Word is so comforting, especially when things seem so "
doom and gloom". It is great to know that God has it all planned out and has even let us know many of the details. Since the days of Daniel, through the Gospels, and finally in the Book of Revelation, God has laid out His plan for
His people to
understand . . . and to
share with others.
Here's a news flash: things are getting bad and they will get worse! (Matthew 24:4-51)However, we can trust God with our souls and the eternality of it all! There is more to life than this world! For God's plan to be finalized, evil must be dealt with! God will deal with it!!!!
“Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. “Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. Revelation 22:12-14)
Take heart: God is in control! However, we must know Him to have the peace He offers.
