Sow righteousness for yourselves, reap the fruit of unfailing love, and break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the Lord, until he comes and showers his righteousness on you. (Hosea 10:12)
Can't wait for the
CHRISTmas
Holydays? Neither can I! Tasty treats . . . succulent pies . . . fresh from the oven goodies! Nothing like one of the old family recipes filling up the home with a scent of years past . . .
But are we seeking to be filled just as much with our Lord as we are with the delicious cakes, cookies, and pies from Grandma's house? Do we have such an appetite for Jesus?
The psalmist writes;
Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. (Psalm 34:8)
He
is good. Once we have tatse His goodnes, we should NEVER leave the table! Unlike Grandma's cooking, this stuff is good for us!
Eat up CHRIST-FOLLOWERS! No leftovers please . . . There is planty more of Jesus to go around!
