“I am indeed a Jew, born in Tarsus of Cilicia, but brought up in this city at the feet of Gamaliel, taught according to the strictness of our fathers’ law, and was zealous toward God as you all are today. (Acts 22:3)
Paul (Saul) was a well-educated and well-rounded man. He was taught by the best teacher in the Temple and was socially educated as well. He was a "Hebrew of Hebrews" and also a citizen of Rome! Just read his pedigree here in Philippians:
If anyone else thinks he may have confidence in the flesh, I more so: circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of the Hebrews; concerning the law, a Pharisee; concerning zeal, persecuting the church; concerning the righteousness which is in the law, blameless . . . (Philippians 3:4-6)

God used all of Paul's education and social graces to reach all people groups. He may not have known at the time of his education what God would do, but God did! So get educated . . . in all ways . . . not simply in the classroom, but in society and in the scriptures. Allow God to teach you and use you! We never stop learning!
