No excuse!

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.  Professing to be wise, they became fools.....(Romans 1:18-22)

No excuse! The bible is clear. People have no excuse to not know God!  All we have to do is look around. We see miraculous things ever day. We see indescribable beauty everywhere we go. Even in the midst of this pandemic, we see the good, the beautiful, the lovely, the miraculous.

It takes more faith to NOT believe is a Creator God Who is the Source of all resources than to believe. In these of staying home and being restricted in movement, I have come to appreciate nature so much more.

I hear the rain more clearly. I watch the wind approach the tree tops as the bend and curve to its force. I see a myriad of colorful birds in my yard. . . cardinals, blue jays, woodpeckers, orioles, sparrows, and robins. I have noticed small lizards, rabbits, foxes and yes, even snakes. The green of the grass and trees are greener and the sky seems more blue and the breeze more refreshing.

In the middle of all the turmoil, it is as if God is saying, "Just take time to 'see' for a while!"  Though many are questioning God at this time, may I challenge you to simply take time to  see Him?
