BIG QUESTION... BIG GOD!

Little children, let no one deceive you. Whoever practices righteousness is righteous, as he is righteous. Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning.

My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the sins of the whole world.

While no one is perfect, as John wrote, we now have an Advocate Who can keep us from sinning. While we have no EXCUSE to sin, we have HELP if we do fall!

This is GOOD NEWS indeed! Let's examine our lives: Are we EXCUSING sin or putting things and people in place to keep us from sin?
