Embrace the situation . . .God is right there!

Therefore, let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall. No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man, but GOD IS FAITHFUL, Who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with temptation will also make a way of escape, that you may be able to bear it. (1 Corinthians 10:12-13)

Paul wrote to the Corinthians reminding them and us that troubles will come. Life will not always be easy as a Christ -followers. We will face challenges, temptations, trials, and the like. As Paul wrote, those who came out of Egypt failed God and many were punished . . . even destroyed by the Hand of God! Paul says these were examples for us! Thank God for grace today! However, that is not an excuse to fall today either! We have the opportunity to check our commitment to the Lord as we face challenges. Will we trust Him and His promises or turn to the world? Will we accept the discipline of God or choose the easier path the world offers? God does give us a way out of the challenge, but a way THRUOGH the challenges! He helps us BEAR the challenges we face to perfect us and refine us, as gold through the fire. Hang in . . .
