Way too much anxiety!

I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the LordThe humble shall hear of it and be glad. Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together. sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fearsThey looked to Him and were radiant, and their faces were not ashamed. This poor man cried out, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troublesThe angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him, and delivers them.(Psalm 34:1-7)
There is simply way too much anxiety in our world today, but especially from believers! While physical illness is real, many times it is caused by the stress we put upon ourselves! We worry, stop eating correctly, lose sleep, and our bodies feel the result. Why do we not take God at His Word? It sounds simple, but a refocus upon God can add y e a r s to one's life!
And which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?  If you then are not able to do the least, why are you anxious for the rest?  Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. If then God so clothes the grass, which today is in the field and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will He clothe you, O you of little faith?  “And do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind. For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you need these things. But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you. (Luke 12:25-31)
