Speak Lord . . . I am listening . . . Show me, Tell me, Send me!
So what is "prayer"?
We have all heard it defined as talking to God, yet it is more than simply talking, it is communicating! Prayer is an opportunity to be intimate with our Creator God. It is how we humbly and respectfully sit with our Almighty God and Father and have conversation with Him. It is a time to receive instruction, advice, comfort, peace, and even correction. We can open our heart up to the One who knows us better than anyone here on earth. It gives us a glimpse of what it will be like one day to actually be with our Father for eternity!
Spend time with the Lord, not just once or twice a day, but all day and everyday. The more time we spend with Him ,the better our time on earth will be!
