Focus on God, not the Enemy

They said to you, "In the last times there will be scoffers, following their own ungodly passions. It is these who cause divisions, worldly people, devoid of the Spirit. But you beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life. And have mercy on those who doubt . . Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of His glory with great joy, to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty dominion and authority, before all time and now and forever. AMEN! (Jude 1:18-24)

Challenging days present opportunities for God to receive glory. The more we feel unprepared, the more God supplies. The more we feel ridiculed and criticized, the more God provides assurance and comfort. As we progress through our journey, not everyone will trust our motives and efforts, yet as we walk with the Lord and trust Him and His plan for ourselves, He will show up and eventually we will experience His joy as well. 


Hang in . . . Stay focused upon Him. The enemy can come in various forms. Do not focus on the opposition, simply do what God has enabled you (and me) to accomplish!
