Not simply a feeling or a fad, but facts!

But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander. For it is better, if it is God’s will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil . . . (1 Peter 3:15-17) We have to be ready . . . ready to act, ready to respond . . .ready to speak if necesarry. Believers must be ready to defend the Gospel and stand for what we say we believe! After all, everyone else has an argument! Every else has reasons why they are doing what they do. We who know the TRUTH need to be ready to tell people why we believe!
My faith is not simply a feeling or a fad, but based upon facts!
In my work with young people, even yesterday, the Holy Spirit moved me to get very direct when one teen contiued to ask "What if?" As we were discussing heaven and hell and the final judgement, she would not accept what we were telling her about having to decide while we were living about God. Finally I had to simply go to Revelation (Revelation 20:11-15)and read it for her hearing (and the others as well). She needed an answer directly from God! There are too many "What ifs" today . . . Too many "What if the Bible is not true?" . . . "What if God did not mean this or that?"! Is this not what Satan whispered to Eve? We must trust the Word of God an live it out! We cannot be bothered with what others might think or how thry might respond.
God is the truth and every man a liar!!!!
