Listen Wisely!

But Rehoboam didn’t accept the advice the elders gave him. Instead, he asked for advice from the young men who had grown up with him and were now serving him. (1 Kings 12:8)
There is so much in the way of advice today . . . talk shows . . . on-line discussions . . . social media . . . friends . . . family . . . church family . . . Who de we listen to anyway? Who knows what is right?
There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death. (Proverbs 14:12)
Solomon himself stated the words above. Maybe his son should have listened! It is much better to get more than a few opinions, then check it out with God;'s Word. Listen wisely!
Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed. (Proverbs 15:22)
